Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our UK Client Relationship Management team at the Financial Times group.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting account mapping, engagement, renewals, and business growth across various sectors, including corporate, finance, government, education, and more.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and identify opportunities for strategic account growth.
  • Support the CRM team by setting up meetings and reinforcing the value of FT services for renewals, licence expansions, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Identify new targets for product launches and qualify inbound leads for handover to CRM.
  • Monitor relevant industry events to support strategic accounts and provide CRM support during client meetings.
