We are seeking an Insurance Business Development Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting sales, business development, and relationship management with prospective insurers.

You will build and maintain key relationships with prospective insurers and contacts in the insurance market, manage the onboarding process for new insurers, and assist with key negotiations to achieve the best financial results for Simply Business.

As a Commercial Insurance Growth Manager, you will oversee projects to unlock capacity and support our strategy, leveraging your experience in handling commercial insurance negotiations and delivering results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategies to grow commercial insurance business
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the insurance market
  • Managing the onboarding process for new insurers
  • Assisting with key negotiations to achieve the best financial results
  • Overseeing projects to unlock capacity and support our strategy

As a New Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving growth in commercial insurance business.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience in commercial insurance sales and business development
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders in the insurance market
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
