About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Coordinator to join our expanding Client Services division. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing timely and accurate communication across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding service to clients by communicating their needs across multiple departments
  • Respond to all incoming queries in a timely manner, taking a proactive approach to problem-solving and escalating when needed
  • Ensure all quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other communications are accurate, professional, and correctly formatted
  • Manage data integrity across multiple systems and provide client reports in a precise and timely manner
  • Work cohesively in an expanding team within a dynamic office environment with the option to work from home for part of the week
Requirements
  • Background in a fast-paced environment from any sector
  • Administrative experience within the care, retail, or public sectors
  • Good computer skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude
