Ground Control is a vibrant and expanding organization dedicated to making a positive impact on the world. We are currently on the lookout for a driven and detail-focused individual to become part of our team as a Client Relations Coordinator.
In this pivotal role, you will facilitate effective communication and provide essential support to both internal teams and external clients. Your key responsibilities will include managing phone inquiries, delivering first-line support, overseeing the inbox, and addressing various requests. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who excels in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the system inbox, ensuring tasks are allocated promptly to yourself and team members within the same working day. Address first-line inquiries from both internal and external sources, aiming for a 95% call response rate. Conduct ongoing maintenance of the system. Respond to inquiries within a 72-hour timeframe. Assist account managers with additional work conversions. Update client portals as necessary. Take minutes during meetings. Support invoicing processes.What We Provide:
