In this pivotal role, you will facilitate effective communication and provide essential support to both internal teams and external clients. Your key responsibilities will include managing phone inquiries, delivering first-line support, overseeing the inbox, and addressing various requests. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who excels in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the system inbox, ensuring tasks are allocated promptly to yourself and team members within the same working day. Address first-line inquiries from both internal and external sources, aiming for a 95% call response rate. Conduct ongoing maintenance of the system. Respond to inquiries within a 72-hour timeframe. Assist account managers with additional work conversions. Update client portals as necessary. Take minutes during meetings. Support invoicing processes.

Previous experience in administration and customer service within a fast-paced setting. Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling high call volumes. Strong attention to detail. Resilience and the ability to maintain a positive demeanor under pressure. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with D365 is a plus.
