We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Noble Recruiting. As a Sales and Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team by processing customer orders, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and manage inventory using a bespoke timber stock system
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Arrange deliveries throughout the UK and ensure timely and efficient logistics
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
