Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Primary Care Careers. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and internal staff, while maintaining a high level of administrative accuracy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage patient appointments, including booking and amending schedules
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and face-to-face enquiries
  • Process and file documentation, including scanning and storing patient records
  • Chaperone patients during medical procedures
  • Ensure all queries are managed in line with established procedures
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and report generation

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, working in a fast-paced primary care environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Requirements

  • A good standard of education, including Maths and English
  • Experience of providing excellent customer service
  • Experience of working in a receptionist role, preferably in a primary care setting
  • Strong IT skills, including experience of computer-based systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
