Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Primary Care Careers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and internal staff
- Manage appointments, bookings, and amendments
- Process and file documentation, including scanning and storing
- Chaperone patients as needed
- Ensure queries are managed in line with procedures
- Perform general administrative tasks

Requirements
- A good standard of education, including Maths and English
- Experience of providing excellent customer service
