This role demands a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the system inbox, allocating tasks to yourself and other team members within the same working day.
  • Answer first-line queries from internal and external sources ensuring 95% of calls are answered.
  • Perform ongoing system maintenance.
  • Act on queries within a 72 hour time frame.
  • Support account managers in extra works conversion.
  • Update client portals.
  • Take minutes during meetings.
  • Assist with invoicing.

  • Previous administrative and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good phone manner with experience in answering high volumes of calls.
  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with D365 is desirable
