About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, ensuring a positive impact on the lives of our Home Owners.

This varied and interesting role will see you managing the maintenance of the property, providing a first-class service to Owners, and liaising with customers and suppliers. You will be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site and a 'friendly neighbour' for Owners.

With a background in administration and customer service, you will be an accomplished administrator, computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating the development and related activities
  • Managing the maintenance of the property
  • Providing a first-class service to Owners
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Managing contractors and scheduling maintenance
  • Completing health and safety checks
  • Organising activities and events for Owners
