Lodge Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction for our Home Owners.
As a Lodge Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our Home Owners, providing a friendly and welcoming service. You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing contractors, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the property.
You will also be responsible for organizing activities and events for our Home Owners, which will include planning and executing social events, managing budgets, and ensuring that all activities are safe and enjoyable for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retirement development
- Provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction for our Home Owners
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, managing contractors and ensuring the overall upkeep of the property
- Organize activities and events for our Home Owners, including planning and executing social events, managing budgets, and ensuring that all activities are safe and enjoyable for our residents
- Manage budgets and ensure that all expenses are properly accounted for
- Work closely with the Area Manager to ensure that all aspects of the development are running smoothly
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience of working in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to our Home Owners
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our Home Owners, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required
