About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-time Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, managing the day-to-day operations of the lodge, and ensuring the overall well-being of our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring that all facilities and services are provided to a high standard.
  • Provide a first-class service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organise and coordinate activities and events that promote a sense of community and well-being among residents.
  • Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard and within budget.
  • Conduct regular health and safety checks, ensuring that the lodge is a safe and secure environment for residents.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with people of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the needs and expectations of older adults.
  • Ability to work independently, using your own initiative and judgment to resolve problems and make decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Basic IT skills, with the ability to use Microsoft Office applications and other software as required.
