Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate activities and events for residents, including social events, outings, and educational programs
- Manage the maintenance of the property, including repairs, maintenance, and minor renovations
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the Area Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the lodge
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of organization and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
