Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge, including maintenance, repairs, and health and safety checks.
- Provide a high level of customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organize and coordinate activities, events, and services for residents, ensuring their needs are met and their quality of life is enhanced.
- Manage contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retirement living or social housing setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures, with the ability to maintain a safe and secure environment.
