We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction for our Home Owners.
As a Lodge Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our Home Owners, providing a friendly and welcoming service. You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that all aspects of the development are running smoothly.
You will work closely with our Area Manager to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard, and that our Home Owners are satisfied with the service they receive.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance of the property, including scheduling appointments and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Provide a high level of customer service to our Home Owners, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate activities and events for our Home Owners, ensuring that they are informed and engaged.
- Work closely with our Area Manager to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Manage the safety and security of the development, ensuring that all necessary protocols are in place.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience of working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a residential or property management setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
