This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a background in administration and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate activities and events for residents
- Manage the maintenance of the property and ensure a high level of safety and security
- Provide a first-class service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure seamless operations
- Administer the maintenance of the site, using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for residents
- Outgoing and friendly personality, with the ability to work independently and use own initiative
- Accomplished administrator, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in a similar background, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors
