Sales and Administration Professional

Job Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Noble Recruiting. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, liaising with our parent company in Europe, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders using our bespoke timber stock system
- Answer customer enquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Arrange deliveries throughout the UK
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and record-keeping
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, with a strong background in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Excel
- Knowledge of basic clerical and administrative procedures
