Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal Management: Oversee the sales progression process, ensuring all parties are informed and up-to-date throughout the transaction.
  • Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless transaction.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the sales progression process, ensuring a smooth and timely completion.
  • Client Updates: Provide regular updates to clients, keeping them informed of the progress of their transaction.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to the sales progression process, ensuring accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:
