**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Executive to join our team at ST Selection. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth of our service portfolio and delivering against a strategic business plan.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Build and Maintain Relationships**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to identify opportunities for growth and deliver against sales targets.
  • **Develop New Business**: Develop a fresh customer base outside of our existing portfolio to drive organic growth and increase revenue.
  • **Secure Maintenance Contracts**: Secure maintenance contracts with existing and new customers, delivering consistently against target and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • **Convert Warranty Contracts**: Convert all warranty contracts prior to expiry to minimize lost revenue and maximize sales opportunities.
  • **Manage Enquiries**: Generate and manage all incoming enquiries for maintenance contracts, ensuring timely and effective responses to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • **Market and Client Developments**: Stay up-to-date with market and client developments, identifying potential opportunities for growth and developing our service offerings to meet customer needs.
  • **Site-Based Surveys**: Undertake site-based surveys and condition reporting to provide accurate quotations and drive sales.
  • **Agreement Preparation**: Prepare agreement documents for submission and signing by both parties, ensuring clear and concise communication of contractual obligations and commitments.
  • **Pricing and Presentations**: Prepare and submit pricing documents on large-scale opportunities in alignment with our pricing strategy, and deliver client presentations on service offerings and points of difference.
  • **Communication and Documentation**: Clearly communicate all contractual obligations and commitments to internal delivery parties, and ensure all documentation is signed and passed through to the internal QS for review and acceptance.
  • **Record Keeping**: Maintain clear records of all agreements and deviations in centrally held storage platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available at all times.
  • **Opportunity Identification**: Identify opportunities for dilapidation or contractual allowance for chargeable works, and provide guidance to the Repair team on how to capitalize on these opportunities.
