**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT needs are met with efficiency and expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients, resolving incidents and service requests in a professional manner.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software across a range of devices and applications.
  • Provision and manage user accounts and permissions, including onboarding and off-boarding staff.
  • Configure new accounts and provision new hardware.
  • Ensure our IT knowledge base is up-to-date with information gained from resolving incidents and service requests to improve resilience and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide hands-on support to clients onsite based on a weekly rota.
  • Support the adoption and implementation of new applications and functionality within the IT team.
  • Demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting Windows operating systems, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
  • Apply knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack.
  • Utilize troubleshooting skills to resolve database and data issues, as well as application troubleshooting skills for web, mobile, API, and SAAS applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable.
