Key Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Support Specialist, your duties will include:
- Drafting and dispatching letters of authority to insurance companies to obtain necessary information for clients.
- Welcoming clients and ensuring meeting rooms are prepared for appointments.
- Handling incoming calls and addressing inquiries or concerns effectively.
- Compiling client materials and documentation for meetings.
- Managing postal responsibilities and ensuring timely delivery of correspondence.
- Coordinating the procurement of office supplies.
- Maintaining and updating the back-office management system.
- Performing various ad-hoc tasks as required.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess prior administrative experience and be eager to contribute their expertise to a dynamic team. This position operates on a standard Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM.
