Your responsibilities will include:

  • Daily generation of invoices and credit notes
  • Creating various payment requests
  • Submitting billing documents
  • Overseeing the team inbox and addressing telephone inquiries
  • Weekly updates on billing status
  • Ensuring precise information management is essential for this role and the team's success

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional attention to detail to guarantee accurate processing of all invoices and bills
  • Strong organizational skills, particularly in Excel
  • A commitment to achieving targets and assisting the team in meeting all year-end deadlines
  • A genuine interest in finance and a readiness to learn
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous but not mandatory
