We are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join our team at ITSS Recruitment. As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance team and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all aspects of finance, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Process and manage high-volume payment runs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.

Requirements:
