Ground Control is a vibrant and expanding organization dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment. We are currently in search of a proactive and detail-oriented professional to become part of our team as a Client Relations Coordinator.

In this pivotal role, you will facilitate effective communication and provide essential support to both internal teams and external clients. Your primary responsibilities will include managing phone inquiries, delivering first-line support, overseeing the inbox, and addressing various requests. This position requires an organized individual who excels in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the system inbox, ensuring tasks are allocated promptly to yourself and team members within the same working day. Respond to first-line inquiries from both internal and external sources, aiming for a 95% call response rate. Conduct ongoing maintenance of the system. Address queries within a 72-hour timeframe. Assist account managers with additional work conversions. Update client portals regularly. Document meeting minutes. Support invoicing processes.
