Job Overview

As a Regional Clinical Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality clinical support across multiple care facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing direct clinical operational assistance to a team of Regional Care Specialists.
  • Collaborating with General Managers to oversee all clinical operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Engaging with the Care Quality, Governance, and Quality Director on various clinical initiatives and projects.
  • Offering project management support, particularly in training staff on operational systems and procedures.
  • Assisting in investigations and troubleshooting, while working closely with senior management and key stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A valid registration with the NMC and a relevant Nursing or Clinical Degree.
  • A Level 5 qualification or equivalent in Leadership and Management (or be actively pursuing this qualification).
  • Eligibility for registration with the CQC.

Experience Required:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in a senior clinical or care role within a residential care environment.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and manage audits and improvement initiatives.
  • Strong skills in influencing and negotiation.
  • A successful track record in leading and motivating teams without direct supervision.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, relationship-centered care.
