We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at Northreach. As a key member of our Life Sciences recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities with new and existing clients in the Life Sciences arena.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients in the Life Sciences sector, leveraging your expertise in clinical operations and medical affairs.
- Candidate Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing guidance on their CVs, interview preparation, and career development.
- Client Management: Support clients with their recruitment needs, offering market intelligence and advice to help them achieve their goals.
- Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage your workload effectively to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Team Collaboration: Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven billing experience in a 360 recruitment role within the Life Sciences arena, with a strong preference for clinical operations or medical affairs skill sets.
- Skills: Demonstrable knowledge of business development activities, strong consultative approaches, and excellent time management skills.
- Personal Qualities: Strong work ethic, ability to follow recruitment processes from start to finish, and a willingness to share new ideas and develop new processes.
