About the Role

As a Trainee Recruiter, you'll be part of our academy program, where you'll learn the ins and outs of recruitment from our experienced team members. You'll work closely with senior recruiters to develop your skills and knowledge, and you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects.

Responsibilities
  • Learn the recruitment process and understand what makes a successful recruiter
  • Meet and greet candidates to understand their needs and wants
  • Write engaging job adverts for job boards, social media, and our website
  • Identify business development opportunities and work with senior recruiters to secure them
  • Present candidates to clients and negotiate offers
  • Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes
  • Develop a deep understanding of the recruitment industry and market trends
