About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Sales Executive in the Freight Forwarding sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

With a basic salary of £20,000 - £24,000 plus a fantastic quarterly bonus and package, free parking or within walking distance from the station, weekly and monthly incentives, quarterly bonus, yearly bonus, holidays, and more, this is an excellent opportunity for a career-driven individual to thrive in a fast-paced and expanding company.

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will receive comprehensive training and support to help you develop your skills and knowledge in the freight forwarding industry. You will learn about the industry, become an expert in your field, and have the opportunity to progress with a real career plan in place.

We are looking for confident, driven, and ambitious individuals who are looking to build a career and thrive in a telephone-based role. If you have a great attitude, a desire to succeed, and some telephone-based experience, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicating with in/outbound leads via multiple channels (phone, email, and social media)
  • Making new sales calls
  • Building a sales pipeline, tracking, and managing the complete sales process
