**Job Summary:**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Leaman Consulting Limited.

As the trusted right-hand person to our International CEO, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing complex schedules.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Providing exceptional administrative support to our CEO, including drafting notes, minutes, and reports
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics
  • Managing complex schedules, ensuring seamless coordination with our US-based EA and CofS

**Requirements:**

  • At least 6-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Able to work effectively in a remote environment and travel when required
