About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement business growth strategies.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and customers.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  4. Work closely with the External Sales Team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  5. Collaborate with the CA team to optimize valuation and solicitors quotes.
  6. Engage with new brokers via outbound telephone calls.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on internal systems.
  8. Contribute to project and ad-hoc initiatives as requested by management.
Requirements
  1. Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience working in Financial Services.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  5. A Degree is desirable but not essential.
Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
