With our innovative products and expert services, we help clients ensure the safety and efficiency of their ventilation systems. We are looking to expand our team with an experienced and motivated Account Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the retention and growth of existing accounts within the region. They will work closely with clients in industries ranging from commercial buildings to healthcare, education, and industrial sectors, providing them with tailored solutions in air hygiene and fire dampers.

We offer a competitive salary package of £40,000-£55,000 (OTE £80,000) plus comprehensive benefits including pension and healthcare. Our full training and support will help you succeed in the role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
  2. Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing accounts, cross-selling and upselling additional products and services where appropriate.
  3. Provide expert guidance to clients on air hygiene and fire damper solutions, ensuring their needs are met and problems are resolved efficiently.
  4. Maintain accurate records of account activity, sales progress, and customer feedback in CRM systems, providing regular updates to management.
  5. Work closely with the internal team, including technical support and project management, to ensure seamless service delivery.
