About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ruislip, Middlesex.

The role will involve providing administrative support to our two Founding Partners, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating diaries.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office facilities, including travel arrangements, flights, and hotels.

In addition, you will provide personal support to the Founding Partners, including coordinating personal events and private family matters.
