International Executive Assistant

A highly sought-after opportunity has arisen to join Angela Mortimer Plc - International Division as an experienced Support Specialist.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to senior leaders, handling their diaries, inboxes, and correspondence in a professional manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the schedules and email inboxes of two Vice Presidents, a General Manager, and the Head of HR
- Coordinating monthly budget reconciliations through SAP and Excel
- Processing invoices on the SAP system and ensuring accurate budget planning and reconciliation
- Completing team expense reports and assisting with presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Maintaining leave and sickness records, filing systems, and organizing meetings
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an international environment, preferably with a multinational company or having worked overseas.
Angela Mortimer Plc - International Division offers a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including a bonus scheme, hybrid working options, health insurance, and a lunch allowance.
