Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the schedules and email inboxes of senior leaders, handling correspondence, and preparing presentations
  • Coordinating budget reconciliations, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Assisting with team projects, completing expense reports, and maintaining leave and sickness records
  • Organizing meetings, booking meeting rooms, and arranging conference calls

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in administration, preferably in an international environment, and be proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

The company offers a highly competitive salary package of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including a bonus scheme, flexible working hours, health insurance, and a meal allowance.
