Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including facilities, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Provide administrative support, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Oversee HR administration, including employee records, onboarding/offboarding, and internal processes.
  • Assist with organizing events, social activities, and vendor relationships.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in office coordination or administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A team player comfortable in a fast-paced, growing business.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
