About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our team in South West London. This is a 12-month contract opportunity that offers a unique blend of traditional PA responsibilities and exciting project involvement.

You will work closely with senior individuals, providing administrative support and contributing to project work. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a PA in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Experience in the property or real estate sector would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare meeting materials.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects, providing administrative support to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Liaise effectively across teams and with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic work environment.
