About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Chief Executive and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents
- Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to streamline administrative tasks
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO, including clients, partners, and colleagues
- Plan and coordinate business trips, events, and meetings as required
- Collaborate with the growth function to drive business objectives and develop strategic initiatives

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other productivity tools

Estimated Salary: £72,500 per annum based on location and industry standards
