Support Specialist for Senior Leadership

An exciting opportunity has emerged to join the administrative team at Angela Mortimer Plc - International Division as an Administrative Coordinator with International Focus.
This role involves providing high-level support to senior leaders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the success of the company.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive diary management and email support to senior leadership
- Preparing and coordinating presentations, documents, and other materials using Microsoft Office tools
- Managing team leave and sickness records, maintaining filing systems, and organizing meetings and events
- Coordinating travel arrangements, booking meeting rooms, and arranging conference calls
We are seeking a skilled and organized individual with experience in administration, preferably in an international setting.
The company offers a competitive salary package of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including a bonus scheme, flexible working hours, health insurance, and a meal allowance.
