Job Title: Customer Service Business Lead

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our customer service team as a Business Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day business operations, ensuring seamless order processing from start to finish, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the order process, working closely with the Central Order Desk

• Prepare and produce professional quotations

• Actively follow up on outstanding quotes

• Maintain accurate records and reports for order status

• Respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

• Liaise with internal teams, including sales and accounts

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position, with commercial acumen

• Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and targets

• Proficient in MS Office software, with knowledge of CRM packages an advantage
