**Job Summary:** Manager of Organisation & Performance Practice

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager to join our Organisation & Performance practice in London. This role will involve managing multiple project teams and client relationships, working directly with clients and Managing Directors to set project objectives, develop analytical frameworks, and manage team responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a management consulting firm, with demonstrated project and team management skills. They will also have superior analytical skills, combined with expertise in strategy consulting approaches.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including an estimated salary of £130,000 - £160,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a range of perks and incentives, as well as opportunities for professional development and career growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple project teams and client relationships expertly and efficiently
  • Work directly with clients and Managing Directors to set project objectives, develop analytical frameworks, and manage team responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client relationships and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree from a top-ranked school (MBA, M.PhD, Postdoc)
  • At least 7 years of experience in a management consulting firm with demonstrated project and team management skills
