We are seeking an Organisational Excellence Manager to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for implementing organisational excellence initiatives, including employee development, training, and coaching.

You will work closely with relevant business areas to provide a proactive end-to-end HR business partner service adapted to their needs and culture. Key responsibilities include leading talent acquisition efforts, providing monthly HR data analytics, and supporting in developing people plans.

The ideal candidate will have experience in partnership working, change management, and employee engagement. In return, we offer a competitive salary package of £50,000 - £55,000pa pro-rata, including benefits such as medical cash plan, pension contribution, life assurance, onsite parking, and cycle to work scheme.
