Job Description
As a Commercial Office Coordinator at LEK Consulting, you will play a key role in managing multiple project teams and client relationships efficiently, working directly with clients and Managing Directors to set project objectives and develop analytical frameworks.

Our Organisation & Performance (O&P) practice brings transformation and performance improvement expertise to work hand-in-hand with clients. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our London office, who has strong analytical skills and a fully developed quantitative mind, with at least 7 years experience in a management consulting firm. An advanced degree from a top-ranked school is required, and superior communication skills are essential.

The estimated salary for this role is £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, based on industry standards for a senior leadership position in London.
