Organisation and Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Organisation and Facilities Manager to join our team at Phoebe Philo. As an Organisation and Facilities Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of events and activities within the Studio, Visuals, and Showroom departments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating logistics for upcoming events, including trainings, press appointments, styling sessions, shoots, and showrooms.
- Ensuring accurate data entry in sample trackers with regular inventory checks.
- Establishing strong relationships with Product teams and maintaining knowledge of product details, collections, and sampling processes.
- Securing spaces for product-related meetings and arranging samples in an organized manner.
- Maintaining general upkeep and tidiness to prevent damage to samples and managing dry cleaning as needed.
- Booking models for fittings, styling, and other events, updating the team on bookings, and overseeing the process.
- Organizing in-house casting for the RTW team and managing budget spend.
- Ensuring model welfare and proper welcoming and supporting services.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also provide logistical and administrative support during peak periods in the Studio and Showroom calendar, including:
- Meticulous setup and pack-down of shoots and styling sessions internally and externally, including detailed packing lists for external transport.
- Support with carnet logistics and protection for shoots outside the UK, guided by the Operations team.
- Acting as a point of contact during off-site shoots within the UK, setting up catering and model welfare requirements.
- Remaining a point of contact for late additions requiring urgent shipments during shoots abroad.
