**Role:** Organisational Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Manager to join our team at Adalta Solutions. This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-profile project that will drive significant change across the business.

As an Organisational Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new systems and ways of working. You will also work closely with the Resourcing & Talent project team and the HR team to ensure a smooth transition.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in Organisational Development and a good understanding of benefits management. They will also have experience in stakeholder management on complex/sensitive programmes and at senior levels.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits.
