Telecoms Business Developer

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Telecoms Business Developer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our services to potential customers in rural communities across Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company that values its employees and provides excellent training and development opportunities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with experience of working in face-to-face environments.
Responsibilities- Represent Quickline Communications in rural communities, promoting our services to potential customers and providing advice on our products and packages.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, using your skills and experience to build relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update our CRM systems accordingly.
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a face-to-face environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven performance.
- An uncapped commission scheme, providing opportunities to earn additional income beyond your basic salary.
- A pension scheme, with employer contributions of 5% and employee contributions of 5%.
- Access to a fleet car, subject to eligibility and availability.
