We are seeking a skilled Reception Administrator to join our team at our Walsall-based health centre. As a Reception Administrator, you will be responsible for providing an efficient reception and administration service to patients, supporting clinicians, and undertaking various administrative tasks.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong communication and organisational skills. You will need to be able to multitask, prioritise your workload, and maintain accurate records.

We are looking for someone with previous experience of working in general practice or the NHS, who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn and develop.

Key responsibilities:
  • To provide a welcoming and professional reception service to patients and visitors.
  • To answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence.
  • To process patient information, update records, and perform data entry tasks.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,500 per annum, plus benefits including a contributory pension scheme and opportunities for career progression.
