We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk and Clinical Assistant to join our Umbrella Medical team. As a key member of our reception team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practices and delivering exceptional patient care.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support to clinical staff, managing patient records, answering phone calls, and directing patients. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, scanning documents, processing prescriptions, and performing other administrative tasks as required.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous experience in general practice or the NHS to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We require someone who is proactive, organized, and able to work effectively under pressure.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer opportunities for training and personal development, as well as a supportive and collaborative work environment.
