About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our reception team at our Walsall health centre. As a Reception Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clinicians and patients, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

Main Duties:
To provide an efficient reception and administration service to patients, assist clinicians, undertake clerical duties, and enter relevant data onto the computer system. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in general practice or the NHS, with strong customer service skills gained in any environment.

Person Specification:
Demonstrate experience of dealing with the public both face-to-face and over the telephone, basic understanding of general office procedures, and experience of working in General Practice or the NHS. English Language GCSE (Grade C or above) or equivalent, and effective verbal communication skills are also required.
