Are you a seasoned HR and Employee Relations specialist looking for a new challenge? This role as an Organisational Development Specialist could be perfect for you.

As a key member of the HR team at Investigo, you will be responsible for establishing a designated Employee Relations team within their HR Business Partnering function. The primary objective is to drive service excellence through transformation and professionalisation of the function.

You will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a truly unique Local Authority within London, navigating large-scale organisational change and transformation. Multiple projects are set for 2025 across the HR function, requiring the establishment of a new team to bolster this change.

This initial 6 Month FTC offers a great chance to drive process improvement, upskill the team through coaching and training of best practice, and implement wider investigatory managers across the organisation. A strong understanding of complex governance structures in the public sector is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading approx. 4-6 direct reports, reviewing the current frameworks and procedures in place, and driving service excellence through transformation. With a salary of £70,000 and the opportunity to work on multiple projects, this role presents a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills and experience.
