Job Description

The Training Coordinator role is a permanent, full-time position that requires a strong organisational skillset. You will be responsible for identifying suitable venues and suppliers for training and events, liaising with them to ensure all practical arrangements are in place.

You will also manage the booking of speakers and trainers, confirming their availability and requirements. Additionally, you will arrange for materials provided by trainers and speakers to be branded and distributed.

Your responsibilities will include updating training and learning information on our online learning platform, processing bookings, orders, and expressions of interest for training and events, and administering training and professional development records for members.
