We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Destination Experience Coordinator. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering exceptional visitor experiences across various locations.

As a key member of our Visitor Experience team, you will work closely with colleagues in welcome, marketing, interpretation, and family programming to create engaging experiences that cater to diverse audiences.

The main focus of this role will be on developing seasonal programming for adults at different life stages and interests. You will manage volunteer teams, ensuring they have a great volunteering experience and are well-equipped to help visitors have a great day.

You will also support the smooth running of the visitor operation as a duty manager and daily visitor experience lead, ensuring everything runs smoothly and helping teams out where needed, especially on busy days.

We're looking for someone with experience in delivering activities within the arts, culture, heritage, natural environment, sports or visitor attraction sector. You should also have good organisational skills, the ability to time manage projects successfully, and experience of reviewing audience feedback and using it to improve the visitor offer.

A competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in delivering exceptional visitor experiences.
